1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds

Standard Cancellation Policy

Cancellation before 15 days & more : 10% deduction + 18% GST.

Cancellation between 14 to 8 days prior : 20% deduction + 18% GST.

Cancellation between 7 to 3 days prior : 40% deduction + 18% GST.

Cancellation before 2 days & less : 100% deduction.

Non-Refundable Bookings
Promotional or discounted bookings marked as non-refundable are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation timing.

2. Early Check-Out and Partial Stays

Guests who check out earlier than their scheduled departure must notify the front desk. Refunds for unused nights are not guaranteed and will depend on:

Room availability
Reason for early departure

3. No-Show Policy

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show. In such cases:

Changes requested at least 48 hours before check-in: No fee applies
Changes within 48 hours of check-in: May incur a date modification fee or adjusted room rate, depending on availability
